Lao BC Toronto is a non profit organization, our goals is to serve viewers with locally-focused programming and strong community involvement, with an emphasis on local news and special events. Lao BC Toronto tells the stories residents most want to hear and see, issues that affect daily life and all of the great things happening in our communities.
